Golden Bay Vet Clinic is the only veterinary clinic in the region, proudly owned by the community through the Rural Service Centre cooperative. We provide trusted, down-to-earth care for both companion animals and production stock — from beloved family pets to hardworking farm herds.
With a fully equipped modern facility in Tākaka and a dedicated team of vets and nurses, we offer a full range of services including health checks, vaccinations, surgery, X-rays, microchipping, drenching, mastitis control, reproductive planning, and more. We also stock premium pet foods and a range of animal health products.
As part of a registered charity, our profits are reinvested back into the community — helping improve access to care, upgrade facilities, and support local farmers and families alike.
