I have a passion for repair and renewal, for making space for rest so that new breath – fresh inspiration – spirit can cleanse and clarify psyche and soma, so that we know, so that we remember, individually and together, how to be in the knowing presence of our innate and our collective possibility for wisdom and wellbeing. I work with the breaks that unbind us from our belonging and our own sense of safety within. And I do that with a mindful-heartful-bodyful approach commonly referred to as ‘somatics’.
