Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore the foundations of Thai Yoga Massage a gentle, grounded practice that combines touch, movement, and breath. You’ll learn how to give massage in a way that’s safe, easeful, and sustainable for your own body too.
Whether you come as a couple, friends, family, or on your own — this is for people who want to:
