What’s a Dual Butcher?
This means that I am Certified to process regulated meat (sourced from a registered abattoir), homekill meat (animals slaughtered on farm) & wild game (hunted animals).
As a butcher I believe it is important to work from paddock to plate, so I come on farm and slaughter and process the animal for you.
This is important to me so the animals are treated humanely and are under no stress.
